Adds a new menu to the actors tab which builds approprietly-statted NPC actors for Pathfinder 2e.   A name, level, and extreme/high/medium/low value for varius stats of the NPC the GM wishes to build can be selected from this menu, and when the "generate creature" button is pressed an NPC actor will be generated.  The NPC will be assigned relevant spellcasting, skill, and attack items.
